In our pursuit of preparing Cheerleaders to be their best, we now offer a strength & conditioning cheer specific class which will focus on lower body, shoulder and core strength as well as endurance.

Want to jump higher! Want to tumble with power! Want to be prepared for the long practices!

This class will help prepare the athletes for better stamina and strength for tumbling, stunting and Fullout routines. 

One night a week for 45 min
