At Fullout Xtreme Cheer, our half season program is for athlete's ages 6 to 18. Our evaluation process helps coaches understand each athlete's abilities, knowledge, and potential so they can be placed on the team where they will thrive, grow, and succeed throughout the season.

Do I tryout to join a Half season team at FOXC:
NO, There is NO tryout to join a half season team at FOXC. Everyone who signs up will be assigned to a team by age and skills.
Is this a competitive team?
Yes, this team will compete in competitions in San Antonio and Galveston Texas this season.
What ages can join a Half season team:
-Ages 6 to 18
What days are practices
Practices will be Thursdays or Fridays 615pm to 8pm
and Saturdays 1pm to 330pm. 2 days per week for a total of 4 hours.
If Multiple teams are formed there will be a practice schedule released as soon as possible.

How do I sign up my child to join a half season team?
Click on the link for Half season team registration on our website www.foxc.org, then you will receive a text within 48 hours to schedule a time to pay for the team registration fee of $225 and if new to FOXC, the Annual gym registration fee of $40.
What are my next steps after I register?
It is highly recommeded to Join a tumbling class and use your team discount rate for classes once registration fee is paid. The discounted rate is $50 per month per class. (regular class rate is $80 per month)

Flexibilty Class, Jump Class, Flyer class and private lessons.

-This Pays for 2 sets of custom branded team practice wear to include: Shirt, sports bra and practice bow.
-Competition Music and license
I am ready to commit now, can I sign my contract?
All Contract signing will be at the team parent meeting scheduled in October.
Parent meeting & Contract signing day is:
Saturday October 3, 2026 at 12pm at FOXC in meeting room #2
Meeting will take approximately 1 hr 1/2 to go over the contract. Contract must be signed before the athlete can begin practices.
Competition schedule:
Half season teams will compete in 3 Regular season Competitions
Comp #1 - Feb. 20, 2027 in San Antonio
Comp #2 - March 6, 2027 in San Antonio
Comp #3 - April 11, 2027 in Galvestion Tx. (Hotel stay required)
*Half season teams do not compete further if they win a bid.
What day and time does my child practice?
*Team practices begin the first week of October, days and times will be released soon. Expect one practice day during the week 615pm to 8pm and one practice day on Saturdays for 2 1/2 hours
When do team tuition payments begin?
October 3rd is when the first payment is due. If paying for the full month on the 1st please advise FOXC prior to the 1st payment. If you want to pay a large amount in advance, please contact FOXC Management.
Team tuition is $150 every 1st and 15th of the month, April 1st is the last scheduled payment. (COMP FEES ARE INCLUDED IN TUITION FEES)
How are team Tuition payments set up?
*Each family will be REQUIRED to set up an E-Check recurring payment through your account for tuition or Credit/Debit card for tuition. If you choose Credit/Debit card payment, there is a 4% additional fee added to your payment.
Cash is always accepted for team payments but must be paid before the due date. Otherwise, payment will be processed through a recurring method on file either E-Check or Credit/Debit card.
Will there be fundraising available to help?
*Yes, there will be a fundraiser when you pay your team registration fee of $225 you will be given a fundraiser form called sponsor my uniform.
What type of Uniform does my child get?
The uniforms are custom made and measured to fit your child perfectly. This years uniform, I am excited to say that we are going back to our
roots, the purple and black will now be worn by all half season team members going forward. A special design has been created for this seasons team athletes.
What is the uniform cost and what do I get for the Price?
The uniform Package price for half season 2026-2027 is $480 due by November 7, 2026.
The uniform package will consist of Full custom uniform skirt and top, custom bow, Rebel Shoes, makeup kit and a black Glitter backpack
with Rhinestone FOXC Logo.
What about the upcoming Holidays?
Team members have an opportunity to take days off during the scheduled GYM closures. If your child has a special situation for the Holidays that are outside of FOXC's scheduled gym closures please see FOXC management to work out the details so that your child can join a team. All scheduled days off should be submitted to fulloutxc@gmail.com.
